How Our Daily Pickup Works:

1. Free Within 5km: We offer complimentary pickup and delivery within 5 kilometers of central Ubud. Outside of the 5km its a very affordable delivery fee (probobly less than a cup of coffee).

2. Flexible Delivery: Staying at a hotel or resort? You don't have to wait around for our driver. Simply leave your laundry bag with hotel reception or villa staff, let them know you have booked Diggy Doos to collect and add it to the additional notes on your order so we know where to find it and we’ll handle the rest.

3. Real-Time Updates: Once your order is placed you will recieve real time updates on your order as it moves through the process. We will update you with an online payment link once your order is weighed or you can leave the money for your delivery driver with the reception at your hotel/accomadation.
