1. Pricing, Operating Hours & Turnaround Times

How much is laundry service at Diggy Doos?

Our standard wash, low-heat dry, and fold service is priced competitively per kilogram. Are you open today and what are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can drop off your clothes at our store or schedule an online pickup anytime during operating hours.

Can I get my laundry back the same day?

Yes! We offer Express Same-Day turnaround. If you drop off your laundry or schedule a pickup in the morning, our team prioritizes your load so it returns clean, dry, and folded by evening. For instore orders this will be ready within 5 hours! For online orders and delivery your order will be delivered same day and scheduled in the next availible delivery slot to your area.

2. Special Care: Shoes, Delicates & Sensitive Skin

Do you offer air drying for delicate clothes?

Yes. Standard commercial dryers shrink natural linen and ruin activewear elastic. Our Special Care Package provides manual hand washing and natural air drying in our dedicated natural dry room for silk, rayon, linen, and swimsuits.

Do you wash shoes and travel backpacks?

Yes! We specialize in deep-cleaning volcanic ash out of trekking boots, lifting dirt off white sneakers, and restoring travel backpacks.

Do you have options for sensitive skin?

Yes. Unlike laundromats using synthetic chemical perfumes, we offer plant-based, eco-friendly detergents and machine sanitization after every load—ideal for sensitive skin, babies, and allergy sufferers. you can simple upgrade your laundry to use eco-wash products when placing your order.

3. Pickup, Delivery & Hotel Transfers

Can you pick up laundry directly from my hotel or villa?

Yes. We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery within 5km of central Ubud. You don't even need to stay home—just leave your laundry bag with hotel reception or villa staff!

What if I am changing accommodations mid-stay?

No problem at all! You can have us pick up your dirty laundry from Hotel A, and we can deliver your clean clothes to Hotel B anywhere in central Ubud. Just send us your new location pin on WhatsApp or update it yourself in your account.
