If you've booked a pickup, our friendly team will arrive at your location during the pickup window you selected —villa, guesthouse, hotel, Airbnb—you name it.

• We’ll take your laundry to our store and weigh your laundry and give you the receipt

• We’ll confirm any special requests (delicates, eco-wash, etc.)

• You’ll get a digital confirmation, and we’ll take it from there!
